Hiring Key People
- A leading luxury retailer, was entering new countries and expanding it category range. We sourced commercial leaders to manage and drive the expansion.
- An industrial customer was expanding and building new plants. We hired the Plant Directors, Head of Production and HSSEQ Manager’s.
- A global logistics customer needed a CEO and COO for its new flagship site in North America. We hired the executive team.
- A holding group was undertaking an organizational transformation involving new structures, increasing automation, and establishing new joint ventures. We hired an executive coach to develop their hypo’s and sourced experts for the JV’s.
Consultancy & HR
A client was losing its people to a large competitor entering the market. They asked our assistance in working with them to evaluate why.
Our team worked hand in hand with the client, conducting exit interviews, researching salary benchmarking and identified the core problems. Solutions were developed including executive development, career progression plans, variable pay schemes and long-term incentive programs were created and launched.
After successful implementation of the solutions, the attrition rate rapidly dropped and a new level of employee engagement achieved.
