Hiring Key People

A healthcare group was opening orthopaedic hospitals, rehabilitation centres, and we placed the CEO’s, Chief Medical Officers, Chief Finance Officer and a range of Department Heads.

A global engineering client won a major contract and asked our assistance in hiring the project team. We placed Contracts Manager, Commercial Director, Head of HSSEQ and Project Managers.

A logistics leader wanted to increase AI in their business, and we found Subject Matter Experts and Consultants to assist with the transformation.

A food and agriculture group had rapid expansion plans and we placed the VP Business Strategy & Development, and the Commercial Team to help them achieve their goals.

Consultancy

An FMCG client was losing employees to a large competitor entering the market.  They asked our assistance in working with them to evaluate why.

We worked hand in hand with the client, conducting exit interviews, researching market compensation and other initiatives. Core problems were identified. Solutions developed included executive development / career progression plans, variable pay schemes and long-term incentive programs.

After successful implementation of the new programs, the attrition rate rapidly dropped, employee loyalty and engagement rose.

Consultancy & HR

A successful start up client was moving to the next stage of their business growth and was seeking investment prior to their ultimate goal of listing on one of the stock exchanges.   We worked closely with the client assisting develop their HR policies and procedures, enhance their succession planning process, co-designing internal development programs for high demand functions and providing leadership coaching. The client had a sustainable, robust HR roadmap to nurture and retain their high in demand workforce.

Creating Solutions

For example, one of our oil & gas client’s was looking for additional warehousing space. One of our distribution client’s was moving location and didn’t need their old warehouse.
